Vortex is a 100% US Coast Guard approved vest. The Vortex includes a Lycra stretch panel that expands over the harness for a seamless fit and won't restrict range of motion. The Vortex CGA vest is made with the best PVX flotation foam. US Coast Guard approved foam is lab tested and certified for low water absorption and long life.
