Bone out that grab. Relax your stance. The Fix boots have bigger pop, powered unhooked tricks and harder landings covered. Flexible and Featherlite, the unrestrictive low-cut design allows you to lean back and drive comfortably upwind. We’ve also extended the neoprene flex zone in the mid boot for greater range of movement, while providing stability and support for your ankles and knees. The Fix boots feature a strong, hollow baseplate engineered for a direct feel and massive shock absorption, even softer, smoother KnitFlex lining and and streamlined eyelets for easier one-handed adjustment.

Tech features
Dual-eyelets on all straps for fast velcro entry/exit
Low-friction molded webbing adjuster eyelets on both sides of every strap.
The eyelets are engineered for faster adjustment of the Velcro tensioning and better long-term wear, allowing easy one-handed entry and exit so you can stay in control of the kite.
Extended neoprene flex zone
An extended flex-zone in the mid-boot provides a bigger range of flexion, allowing more give on landings and more movement for tweaking grabs, for butters and presses.

FeatherLite construction
Extremely lightweight and durable construction with modified panel layout to enhance durability. Made from water resistant PU leather/nubuck upper.
nan
KnitFlex bonded inner
Softer, smoother 3mm KnitFlex fabric is pre-tensioned and laminated to the conforming foam inner, so it can create a 3D-curve without any bunching or creasing, and there’s no stitching to rub on your foot. The Fix inners are easily removable for cleaning, with velcro to lock them in place.

Unrestrictive low-cut design
Designed to support your ankles and knees for bigger pop, stability and control, the low-cut design allows you to lean back and drive upwind in a more relaxed stance.

Hollow base plate
The strong yet lightweight hollow base plate allows the inner EVA to contact the board, producing a more direct feel with greater shock absorption.
The new softer toe bar has been engineered to suit different foot shapes, allowing the rider to grip on with toes and prevent your foot from slipping out during high rotation tricks and landings.
Shaped heel cup
The shaped heel cup cradles the heel and stabilises the foot upon impact. We’ve engineered it wider on the new Flex so you can lock your foot sideways in both directions.
nan
Injection Velcro strap
Decreases sand and debris retention. Extended top flaps increase hold and reduce water lift.
nan
Longitudinally convexed chassis shape
The convex drives more pressure on to the tip and heel of the chassis when the binding is attached to the board, locking out sand and debris from under the binding.

FlipTech Mounting
For 2023 and 2024, all of the North TwinTip boards have our new FlipTech Mounting System, with centreline inserts. This means if you wear out one side of your board, simply flip the bindings around and you've got a fresh new heelside rail again.
Flex bindings are compatible with both FlipTech boards and offline board mounting systems. The '2” indicator on the Flex is for the boards that have flip tech, and is our recommended setup positioning for a 15/-15 degree duck stance.
Two size options
A good starting point would be Men's US 9 (EU42.5) and above for binding size L/XL, but we highly recommend trying before purchase to guarantee the best fit.
We have found it's more to do with the shape and angle of your upper foot than foot length when aiming for the most effective fit. Positioning and adjustment settings are printed on the binding to make setup simple and intuitive. With more labels printed on the binding than ever, you’ll never have to refer to the User Manual again.
